  Mr Chor Yeok Eng was Parliamentary Secretary for Health from 1966 to 1972. In this interview, he recounts his conversation with Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew where he suggested that hawker problems can be solved by relocating hawkers to hawker centres and markets.
