Photocopy of the file. Correspondence, minutes of meetings etc. relating to the running of SIFE. Includes reports from the head of SIFE to London on a Special Branch Conference held in Singapore in September 1952 which discussed the degree of penetration of the Communist field. It was noted that there is a lack of penetration in Singapore as the Special Branch maintain it is too busy with day to day work to indulge in long-term agent penetration. Reports on the work in individual countries. Analysis of the problems of SIFE and its relations with other security organisations in the Far East.
