The main document is the report of Gordon Walker on his tour in April and May 1965. This is mainly concerned with the situation in Vietnam and the attitude of China. Other papers relating to the planning of the fact finding visit which included stops in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. He was acting as a special representative of the Foreign Secretary.
