Report of a meeting between Lee Kuan Yew and the Secretary of State for Defence in London in September 1964.  PM Lee gave his opinions on the situation in Malaysia. He suspected that the Malays were under some psychological disadvantage in fighting the Indonesians. Comments by the High Commissioner in Kuala Lumpur on the state of the Malaysian forces and role of the Singapore Infantry Regiment in Borneo.
