Documents of note include: note on secret discussions between Lee Kuan Yew and Federal Government representative Dato Sulaiman on the policy direction of the Internal Security Council; speech by Singapore Chief Minister Lim Yew Hock on the future of Malaya-Singapore relations; notes on views of various individuals concerning the question of merger, notably Malayan PM Tunku Abdul Rahman, Singapore Chief Minister David Marshall and British Commissioner-General Sir Robert Scott.
