This file contains trial proceedings for Korean Guard Kaneoka Kiko (alias Kioshi) of the Imperial Japanese Army, attached to 61 Company RASC (Royal Army Service Corps) GT (General Transport) for the violation of the laws and usages of the war at Anbon Island, Moluccas, and at sea, between Apr and Nov 1944. He was charged with the ill-treatment of POWs resulting in the death of some (including one POW on board the ship Maros) and physical sufferings to others.
