Table of precedence runs from the Governor to the Permanent Secretaries to the Minsters. File contains correspondence relating to the establishment of this table and objections raised particularly by the service chiefs stationed in Singapore. Other correspondence covers the precedence for the Colombo Conference and the position of the Commonwealth High Commissioners in Singapore and the Federation. Continued in FCO 141/14657.
