It appears that a person, named Harie, Cultivator, son of Moboolah, resident of [Busunea in Purgunnah Shazadapore, situated within the limits of the Thana of Budulgachee, was apprehended on the 3rd of July 1799, for the crime of dacoity, and he was committed for trial with [Jumnood] and several others, in the [same] month. I have the honor to transmit the original warrant, from which it appears that Harie was sentenced to be imprisoned for the period of eighteen years, the Court will, however, observe that in the List transmitted to
