WO 203/4288: Force 136 and special military organisation ALFSEA: transfer of control from SACSEA and military establishments

Correspondence pertaining to the transfer of control of Force 136 and all outstanding operational commitments from Supreme Allied Commander South East Asia (SACSEA) to Commander in Chief, Allied Land Forces (ALFSEA) with effect from 15 November 1945. A Staff Section from HQ SACSEA will be absorbed into the HQ ALFSEA, moving with it to Singapore. The Malayan Country Section will move from Colombo to Kuala Lumpur and will liquidate from there.
