Bulletins include translations of documents which were collected and sent to SEATIC by Field Forces and were designed to present a general picture for use in SEACSEA's despatches of Japanese plans and operations in SE Asia during the war ad in the immediate post-war period. .Much on the operations to collect and disarm surrendered Japanese troops, mainly in Java. The last document - the Special Economical and Topographical Bulletin, was handed over at Port Blair in the Andaman Islands by the Japanese Naval Authorities in October 1945 and is labelled 'Southern General Staff Topographical Survey no 32.
