American Embassy, Kuala Lumpur informed US. Secretary of State of the inconsistency between PM Razak's assurance that the Commonwealth jungle warfare training school facilities in Johore will be available for the training of Commonwealth troops and the attitude of the Malaysian Ministry of Defence towards the use of the school by Commonwealth countries.
