Penang, Singapore and Malacca Consultations are the minutes of the proceeding of the Council appointed in 1805 to advise the President of Penang on important matters. Arranged in chronological order and according to classified headings such as Military and Marine, they cover diverse subjects relevant to the early history of Penang, Malacca, Singapore, and many Malay states from Jan to Mar 1826.
