Papers relating to the Rubber industry in Malaya [and Singapore]. These include minutes of the Malayan Rubber Committee with associated papers laid before the committee which include reports on rubber policy, state of the World rubber production and consumption, functioning of the rubber market, the place of small producers, notably in North Borneo the effect of the Geneva Agreement on the rubber trade, copy of a memorandum prepared by the Malayan Rubber Advisory Committee for the Rubber Study Group Meeting in Washington in April 1948.
