Che Seong, a Chinese
Read a letter from a Chinese (Che Seong) tendering for sale to Government, a spot of ground situate in Beach Street, for 4,000 Sicca Rupees.

The Board declines above tender.

Supt. of Convicts
Read a letter from the Superintendent of Convicts, transmitting List of Convicts supplied to the Executive Officer on Indent in September.

Ordered that the List be sent to the Inspector General.

To Supt. of Convicts
The Secretary reports that 4 convicts from Bengal having been understood to be on board the Drongan ship, of whom no official advices were received, the Superintendent received orders to land and receive charge of them.

Bill for Post Office Rent
Passed bill in favour of Captain Lake for rent of Post Office from 15th April to 31st August at 84 Sicca Rupees per month - Sicca Rupees 378.
