American Embassy Kuala Lumpur informed Secretary of State of the Chinese press report on Lim Lian Geok case. Government charged United Chinese School Teachers Association President Lim Lian Geok for distorting the education policy, inciting dissatisfaction and promoting communal animosity. He will be deprived of citizenship under the Constitution unless he shows cause within a month. Lim will be defended by PPP leader D.R. Seenivasagam.
