Singap 02530: Malaysian-Singapore relations

American Embassy Singapore reported to Secretary of State that BANZ (Britain, Australia, New Zealand) Prime Ministers would act as mediators to improve Malaysian-Singapore relations. British Prime Minister Heath had scheduled separate meetings with Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew and Prime Minister Tun Razak. Prime Minister Gordon and Prime Minister Holyoke had similar plans.
