A-014: Establishment of diplomatic relations with Hungary

American Embassy Kuala Lumpur informed Department of State that Malaysia announced the establishment of diplomatic relations with Hungary on 29 December 1969. So far no indication of when an exchange of Ambassadors will take place. This is the fifth socialist country to establish diplomatic relations with Malaysia.
