Correspondence from Department of State to American Embassy Singapore informed that Eximbank is considering credit insurance for the sale of construction equipment to Tractors Malaysia, Singapore by Caterpillar Far East, Hong Kong and requested Embassy's endorsement of the proposed transaction.
