FUNERAL OF THE LATE MINISTER FOR FINANCE HON SUI SEN AT SRI TEMASEK AND CHURCH
The casket of the late Minister for Finance Hon Sui Sen is brought into the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd by eight Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) men followed by Mrs Annie Hon and daughters (in black). The acting President Dr Yeoh Ghim Seng, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew and First Deputy Prime Minister Dr Goh Keng Swee head the list of dignitaries at the funeral service. Also present are a number of Mr Hon's Cabinet colleagues, junior ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), top civil servants, diplomats, other VIPs and several Catholic nuns and brothers.
