National Day Parade 1966 at the Padang - Hawker selling "kueh tutu", a local snack, along Queen Elizabeth Walk at the Esplanade where a crowd has gathered for the fireworks display. According to the family of Tan Bee Hwa, daughter of Tan Eng Huat who created the original kueh tutu, the man selling "kueh tutu" in the photo is Tan Kim Poh 陳金宝, younger cousin of Tan Eng Huat.
