THE $15 MILLION KALLANG CINEMA WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH MORE THAN 100 SPEAKERS IN ITS HALL AND THE LATEST ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED LIGHT PROJECTOR. THE CINEMA WILL HAVE FOUR CLASSES OF SEATS.
