The 47-year old Ocean Building (centre) in Collyer Quay - one of the oldest landmarks of Singapore - is to make way for a 28-storey office and shopping complex costing $70 million and taking three years to complete. To the right of Ocean Building is the Arcade built by the Alkaff family.
