SANDS HOUSE IN ARMENIAN STREET, NAMED AFTER FORMER COMMISSIONER OF SCOUTS AND A FOUNDER OF THE MOVEMENT IN MALAYA MR F C SANDS, IS SINGAPORE BOY SCOUTS HEADQUARTERS
Sands House at Armenian Street. Formerly known as St. Andrew's House, it served as the Singapore Scouts' Headquarters from 1950-1959 and was named after Frank Cooper Sands, former Commissioner of Scouts and founder of the Scouting movement in Malaya.
