DEPARTURE OF JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER NOBORU TAKESHITA AT CHANGI AIRPORT
Japanese Prime Minister Noboru Takeshita, Mrs Takeshita and his delegation waving goodbye from the entrance of the plane at Changi Airport after a two-day visit to Singapore. Mr Takeshita leaves for Jakarta where he will deliver a keynote speech. He will then proceed to Manila before returning to Tokyo. The premier has visited Thailand and Malaysia.
