SUPREME COURT, SINGAPORE
Supreme Court at the corner of High Street and Parliament Lane, Singapore. Originally built by G D Coleman as a residence in 1827, it underwent several change of occupants as well as alterations and extensions throughout Singapore's history. Some of the prominent occupants include a court house till 1839, the Supreme Court from 1875 to 1939 and Parliament House from 1965 to 1999. Gazetted as a national monument on 14 February 1992, it was refurbished and opened as The Arts House in 2004.
