CHINATOWN LIGHT UP
A Thai cultural performance staged at the Kreta Ayer People's Theatre in conjunction with the Chinatown Chinese New Year light-up. The Kreta Ayer People's Theatre evolved from an open-air stage in 1969 to its present state after several major expansion and redevelopment projects. The Kreta Ayer People's Theatre is located at the hill-top of Banda Street and faces Kreta Ayer Road.
