Scope and Content:

Plan covers a Crown Land just south of Mackenzie Road, and the area around it showing lots, lot boundaries, lot numbers, road lines, drains, buildings, engine house, garden of high level reservoir (Mount Emily Park), annotations "Mc Broadrick", "Capt. Massey's House" (both of them fall within Goverment House Domain site) and "Miss Cooke's School", noticeable Wilkie Road and Upper Wilkie Road at their junction, and others. Part of the Crown Land was allotted for Government House Domain (see the map in Acc. No. SP002118). An up-side down note at the Crown Land reading "Acquired by Govt. vide 2/6 3776 of 1874" is shown. Also shown is the north-west boundary of Lease No.1536 from Mackenzie Road to the reservoir access road (Upper Wilkie Road).
