Plan covers Indenture No. 67 showing its area, in acres, roods and poles, and boundaries bounded by Bukit Timah Road, Selegie Road, Orchard Road and Cavenagh Road (not named, at the north-western side), showing Indenture No. 51 and (Muslim) burial ground with areas and two buildings within the subject indenture, and other numbered indentures along its eastern boundary. A note on the plan states that three numbered leases were cancelled as effected by the change of these leases to Indenture No. 67. At the bottom right corner of the plan is "sgd. (signed) I. Moniot, Sur. (Surveyor) General of the Straits (Settlements)", but the personnel's signature does not appear or disappeared.
