Land divisions at Vinsor (Niven) Terrace, Sophia Road, Bukit Timah Road, Mackenzie Road and its surroundings

Plan shows lots, mostly with numbers and abutting road reserves that include those of Vinsor (Niven) Terrace (name written), Sophia Road, Bukit Timah Road and MacKenzie Road (names written in pencil), and unnamed Cavenagh Road, Orchard Road, Selegie Road, Kramat Road and Kramat Lane. The larger lots have owners names such as Dr Robertson, Mr Cazalas, Mr Hogan, J. Angus, Tan Choon Seang and others, Mr Lambert, P.G Wan, J P Nevin, Mr De Souza, Mr Braddell, D J Mathews, R A Miles, Mr Allister, Mr Cooper and Mallangsah. The smaller lots have owners names that include Lim Eng Keng, Shaik Mahomed, Mahomed Sultan and Jamaludin. Two very large plots of land, washed in pink, appear to be proposed for government usage (presently part of Istana ground). Also shown on the plan are what appear as canal reserves, drain lines and a lot used as Malay burial ground.
