The contents of the file pertain mainly to requests made by the school. Some examples include: 1) Requests for classroom furniture for the students like desks, blackboards and partition screens 2) Laying of electrical cables so that the school could be connected to the broadcasts to schools 3) Pupils to be provided cod liver oil and milk due to due them being badly nourished 4) Request for repair works on the tap and the provision of a fence around the tap
There was also a case of leprosy detected during the inoculation exercise. The principal then sought advice on whether to allow close contacts of the pupil concerned to continue attending school.
