Anonymous Information of Secret Society Activities
[3 pages] The Central Complaints Bureau (CCB) received an anonymous letter about a man who had already been arrested by the CID Secret Societies Branch. Before his arrest, he had extorted money from Indian jagas, who did not dare to report him as he had threatened to kill them. He would arrive with other Chinese men, demand payment, and make threats. The writer said the man should be kept permanently at Pulau Senang or banished to India. The CCB forwarded the letter to the Secret Societies Branch.
