100 pages. France Regions 3 (FR3) established in 1975 was responsible for the production of regional and overseas TV programmes. Today it is the second largest French public TV channel and part of the France Television group. The file covers the offer of a satellite feed of 20 minutes of FR3 news to RTS. Although there were several discussions and exchanges , the offer wwas not taken up because the content was deemed too parochial nad not cost effective because of the high satellite feed costs.
