National Council of Social Service (NCSS) is the umbrella body for some 450 member social service agencies in Singapore. Its mission is to provide leadership and direction in social services, to enhance the capabilities of social service agencies, and to provide strategic partnerships for social services. It was established in 1992 following the restructure of the Singapore Council of Social Service (SCSS).
