National Arts Council (NAC) was established in 1991 by amalgamation of the Singapore Cultural Foundation, Cultural Division of Ministry of Community Development, Festival of Arts Secretariat and the National Theatre Trust. NAC's aim is to nurture creative excellence and support broad audience engagement, our diverse and distinctive arts inspire our people, connect communities and profile Singapore internationally.
