The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is a acute tertiary psychiatric hospital under the Ministry of Health. It offers a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. IMH was established in 1928. It was the first mental hospital in Singapore, and also plays a key role in training mental health professionals in Singapore.
