Singapore, 27 February 2018 – JTC has launched one Confirmed List site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21) under the first half 2018 IGLS Programme. This is the second of six Confirmed List sites for the first half of 2018.

2.         The 0.78 ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 21) is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. Industrialists are invited to apply for the site before the tender closes on 24 April 2018 (Tuesday), 11:00am.

3.        The launch of the site is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
