SECOND FORUM FOR EAST ASIA-LATIN AMERICA COOPERATION (FEALAC) MINISTERIAL MEETING, MANILA, THE PHILIPPINES, 30-31 JANUARY 2004

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Professor S Jayakumar, will attend the Second Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC) Foreign Ministers Meeting in Manila, the Philippines, from 30 to 31 January 2004.

In Manila, Minister Jayakumar will join his East Asian and Latin American counterparts to exchange views on issues of common concern and explore ways to promote greater cooperation between East Asia and Latin America. The meeting will also review ongoing FEALAC initiatives and endorse new ones.
