The President of the Republic of Korea, Mr Roh Moo-hyun, accompanied by Mrs Roh, will make a State Visit to Singapore from 22 to 24 October 2003. This is President Roh's first visit to Singapore. President Roh will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Yoon Young-kwan; Senior Advisor to the President for National Security Mr Ra Jong-yil; Minister for Trade, Mr Hwang Doo-yun; and senior Korean officials.

President Roh will meet with President S R Nathan, Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and Deputy Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. President Nathan will host a state dinner in honour of President and Mrs Roh and the Korean delegation. PM and Mrs Goh will also host a lunch for President and Mrs Roh.
