The following Heads of Mission presented their Credentials to President S R Nathan in separate ceremonies at the Istana today:
(a) The Ambassador of Lao PDR, Mr Done Somvorachit, who has succeeded Mr Leuane Sombounkhan;
(b) The Ambassador of Austria, Dr Bernhard Zimburg, who has succeeded Dr Viktor Segalla;
(c) The Ambassador of Spain, Mr Damaso de Lario Ramirez, who has succeeded Mr Antonio Segura Moris;
(d) The Ambassador of Lithuania, Mr Ginutis Dainius Voveris, the first Ambassador to be accredited to Singapore;
(e) The Ambassador of Croatia, Mr Boris Mitrovic, who has succeeded Mr Zeljko Kirincic.
