The Polling Station located at Woodsville Primary School, Aljunied Road, is relocated to the void deck of HDB Block 57, Sims Drive.

The 4,500 voters from Polling Districts JB-JB 22 and JB-JB 23 in the Electoral Division of Jalan Besar affected by the relocation will each receive a letter from the Elections Department, informing them to cast their votes at the void deck of Block 57, Sims Drive. The Elections Department will also put up prominent notices on the Residents’ Committee Notice Boards and other signboards in the vicinity of the HDB estate and the school, to assist them in identifying the Sims Drive Block 57 void deck where they will now cast their votes on polling day.

Although Woodsville Primary School can comfortably accommodate the 4,500 voters from the two Polling Districts, the voters have to cross a major expressway with heavy traffic flow to go to the school. Hence, the Elections Department decided to relocate the Polling Station from the school to the Sims Drive Block 57 void deck.
