OPENING OF THE NATIONAL DENTAL CENTRE

The new National Dental Centre (NDC) will open on 1 March 1997. It will provide specialist dental service. General dentistry for common dental conditions will continue to be provided in the dental clinics listed below.

2 The NDC is located at 5 Second Hospital Avenue, Singapore 168938 (Tel : 3248910; Fax : 324 8810; and email : natdent@singnet.com.sg). The opening hours of the NDC will be :

Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 12.30 pm

1.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Saturdays: 8.00 am to 12.30 pm

3 The Government Dental Clinic (GDC), located at First Hospital Avenue, will close on 1 March 1977.

4 There are usually government dental clinics located in major housing estates providing general dental care. They are open from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm from Mondays to Fridays and from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturdays. The dental clinics are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Another dental clinic will be opened at the Tampines Polyclinic in April. The names and addresses of these general dental clinics are as follows :-
