  • Synopsis :

This programme profiles the late pioneer  artist Chen Wen-Hsi who spent most of his life mastering the brush and ink painting technique of Chinese paintings,  as well as the Western style of abstract art. He was also one of the few leading artists to have succeeded in blending the art of the East and the West, and was a mentor to many younger painters in Singapore and Malaysia.
