Synopsis :The programme 'Rhythm and Everyday Life' is part of the 'Music Box' series for Primary 2 students. It teaches students about rhythms and sounds. The teacher shares some common sounds we hear every day, such as the bicycle bell and the call of the Kuay Teow man, who uses a wooden block and a stick.
The teacher also explains what rhythms are through the examples of a marching band, a swing and a metronome.
The programme also features a guitarist playing a tune to the rhythm of the teacher's door bell and ice-cream bell.
