Synopsis :KPE - The Tunnel That Moved A River is a dynamic engineering documentary that tells the story of how South East Asia's longest underground road tunnel was made. To build the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, engineers from Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) had to overcome tough soil conditions, negotiate the tunnel through congested urban areas and even divert the mighty current of a river.
