Synopsis :The programme focuses on a one stop property information portal that provides up to the minute updates on what is happening in Singapore's real estate market. Developed by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, the Nation Property Portal allows prospective buyers to do research on Singapore properties at the click of a mouse. The organization's Chief Technology Officer and General Manager, Henry Tan says that the portal will deliver property listings for sales and rent, transaction information for upcoming auctions, property news, analysis reports and financial calculators. The information on the website will help users make informed decisions about buying or selling their property. The data will be obtained from the Singapore Land Authority, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and associate agencies. Users can look forward to more than 20,000 members offering 44,000 property listings. There will also be two years of backdated data on residential transactions. The portal will allow users
to have easy access to relevant government agencies like the HDB and the Central Provident Fund.
