Synopsis :

Ju Guok Liong tells Wu Xi Guong to organise an office party on short notice for two reasons: so that Zong Ji Chiong will have to take his sister along as a partner; and his daughter Wu Doi Lay, unlikely to find a partner, will not attend. Doi Lay introduces her father to Ng Fong Yu, her friend from overseas, hoping they will find each other compatible and marry. Xi Guong and Fong Yu tell each other about themselves. Xi Guong lies about his age and that he is unattached. Fong Yu turns out to be forthright and blunt. She says she is in her thirties and is keen to get married. However, she has a bad habit that few men can tolerate.
