Synopsis :Ustaz Sonhadji was widely regarded a cleric who became the link between the traditional and contemporary group of Muslims in Singapore. He also commented on the difference between the Majilis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) then and now. He also elaborated on his roles in the Fatwa Committee, an important branch of MUIS and in PERGAS (Persatuan Guru-Guru Agama Singapura), a religious teachers' union.
