    1.  Singapore: The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has blamed Circle Line main contractor Nishimatsu - Lum Chang for the collapse of Nicoll Highway at the public inquiry.     9.  Business: Even as 3G services are rolled out later this year, the Infocomm Development Authority is already evaluating 4G networks. (00:20:07)

    10.  Business: According to the Department of Statistics, the services sector is bullish about the rest of 2004. The most upbeat are the catering and financial services sectors. (00:20:46)
