    3.  Singapore: Temasek Holdings is taking another step to be more transparent ahead of its first ever bond sale. Singapore's investment holding company said that it will make its annual report public for the first time in its 30 year history. (00:08:11)

    4.  Singapore: Concerns about safety on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) were raised in Parliament recently after the Madrid bombings. The government is going to take precautions and employ measures such as deploying train marshals to tighten security.     9.  South Korea: A man who was denied a United States (US) visa took his protest to the top of a 16 storey building next to the US embassy and jumped. He sustained serious injuries. (00:18:56)

    10.  South Korea: Fifteen people were stuck 30 metres in the air when their amusement park ride jammed. Two people were seriously injured when a mishap occurred during rescue operations.  (00:19:31)

    11.  Business: Property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle said that 500 to 600 homes were sold in the first quarter of this year, fifty percent lower than in the previous three months.  (00:20:05)
