Synopsis :1) Singapore: Chia Teck Leng, former finance manager of Asia Pacific Breweries (APB), faces 14 new charges in a multi-million dollar fraud scandal which is Singapore's largest embezzlement case. The case will be heard in the High Court. APB's auditors confirmed that Chia has put $53 million back to the bank account before he was arrested. (00:01:44)
2) Singapore: Bukit Panjang Light Rail Transit (LRT) will operate for shorter hours over 20 Sundays in order for improvement works to be carried out. Train services on Sunday mornings and nights will be replaced by special bus services plying along the LRT route. (00:03:35)
